Germany is the 8^th largest wine producing country in the world, with 2/3 of the wine being white. The majority of the vineyards are planted along the Rhine river and other smaller river banks. The most popular of the grapes in Germany is Riesling, creating aromatic, fruit forward and elegant wines. The grape is often used to create some of the world’s finest dessert wines. Some of our producers from Germany have been around since the 1600’s.
