All of these characters follow through on the palate and, with a pleasant minerality and continuity, weave a tapestry of complexity and youthful exuberance.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tPair the 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon with lamb. I have been enjoying an amazing lamb from a family friend who raises them on the Oregon Coast.
