After fermentation the wine is put into wooden barrels.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tMaturation: six months in wood and six months in stainless steel.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tAgeing potential: 10\/15 years.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tSensory characteristics\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tAppearance: ruby-red in color.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tAroma: clean, floral notes.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tFlavor: well structured and harmonic on the palate; easy drinking with a soft and lingering finish.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tAccompaniments: adapts well to both light and more substantial dishes.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tServing temperature: 18\/19°C.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp\u003e\r\n\tFresh, fruity, with classic tart cherry.   The wine is grown right off the Sieve River on a hillside, which is the site of an old Etruscan Village.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tFermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures for 7 to 8 days, with an additional 3 to 4 days on the skins. The wine is then racked and goes through malolactic.
