Westering is an estate Pinot Noir from Faite de Mer Farm atop the Mendocino Ridge, grown on uplifted marine soils within sight of the Pacific. Fermented with about 20% whole cluster and native yeast, gravity-racked and aged some eighteen months in French oak (around 20% new), it leans savory and structured in Drew's far-coastal style.
