Aged in stainless steel tanks and matured in the bottle.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tTasting notes: the light hay coloring is loaded with greenish reflections. The fragrance is soft and complex, especially inviting with aromas hinting broom, chamomile and fresh fruit. The flavor is pleasantly tangy, full and very persistent.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tFood Pairing: Great as an aperitif.
