Green harvest in two different times with reduction of grapes with a production per hectare around 5500 kg .\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\t\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tWinemaking:\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tgrape are harvested very ripe with a meticulous selection; the fermentation took place in stainless steel vats with temperature controlled.
