Gamba Etrusca Velia Red is made from Primitivo, Zinfandel and Petite Sirah.

Etrusca Velia is a unique proprietary blend culled from several vineyard sites in the beautiful Russian River Valley. The carefully sourced Primitivo, Zinfandel and Petite Sirah grapes for Velia benefit from the AVA’s diverse soil types, and varying micro-climates.

The Etrusca Velia blend offers a beautiful, flavor packed profile. Ripe raspberry preserves, and black cherry-chocolate are expressed on the nose. Medium- full in body, seamless layers of delightful ripe, luscious, dark fruits combine harmoniously with nutty, toasty and intriguing spicy components. The wine is nicely balanced, with polished tannins, and an appropriate framework of acidity, keeping the inviting, delicious, silky textured flavors buoyant, while developing into a long, enjoyable and lingering finish.
