The vineyard is planted on slopes and plateaux, on stony-clay soil covered with large rolled stones.
Harvest is destemmed and crushed. Temperature controlled fermentation at 30°C. Vatting period of 18 to 20 days with pigeages. Matured in vats and oak casks.
