Zinfadel grapes are harvested at peak of ripeness to maximize aromas, flavors and sugar levels in the berries. The juice is pressed off the skins immediatly to achieve a beautiful pink color. Cool fermentation is stopped prior to going to dryness in order to preserve fruit and melon aromas and natural sugars from the grapes.

The unique flavor and sweetness profile of this wine enables it to pair well with most Asian food, even hard to pair spicy Asian like Szechwan Chicken. Also good to have with other hard to pair spicy cuisines such as Cajun/Creole.
