Palacio del Burgo Rioja Tinto 2012 is made from 85% Tempranillo, 10% Garnacha & 5% Mazuelo.
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature and malolactic fermentation in concrete vats.
Very bright, deep and clean violet color; blackberry and licorice aromas in the nose; long-lasting, powerful and smooth taste in mouth.
Enjoy it with cheese and red meat.
(85% tempranillo, 10% garnacha and 5% mazuelo; fermented in concrete and aged in stainless steel): Vivid ruby. High-pitched aromas of raspberry and fresh rose, with a zesty cracked pepper accent. Light-bodied, gently sweet red berry flavors are taut and racy, with a subtle floral quality emerging with air. Finishes gently sweet and tannin-free, with good clarity and length.-Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar 89 Points
