Fermentation in 1\/3 new oak barrels, 1\/3 one year old and 1\/3 two years old barrels.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tFinal blend right before bottling.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tA subtle and complex nose. A sweet and delicate mouthfeel. Very nice wine. Black fruit aromas. Dense, good concentration.
