These vines are planted on clay and limestone soils, made of numerous small flints.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tThe production averages 3,000 bottles.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tManual harvest with a selection of the grapes; sorting table; 100% destemming; maceration for 15 days, cold stabilization for 4-5 days; M.L; racking twice a day. Fermentation in 1\/3 new oak barrels, 1\/3 one year old and 1\/3 two years old barrels.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tFinal blend right before bottling.\u003cbr\u003e\r\n\tA subtle and complex nose. A sweet and delicate mouthfeel. Very nice wine. Black fruit aromas. Dense, good concentration.
