Native malolactic fermentation in barrels
Aged 9 months in Damy, Francois Freres, Radoux, and Cadus French oak barrels; 50% new.
Unfined and unfiltered.
Blackberry, pomegranate nose with rich earthy notes. White pepper in the front of the nose with hints of cocoa. Entry bright, clean dark fruit, wild berry, acid, complexity and a rounded volume that leaves a lingering sensation of vanilla and fruit.
Alcohol 14.2%.
