Viejo Isaias Bonarda Clasico 2013 is made from 100% Bonarda
Bonarda is typically characterized by a palette of deep reds, purples and blacks. The primary and most intense aromas that can be perceived in the nose are red fruits, such as strawberry, raspberry, blackberry and cherry. Due to a short ageing in oak, slight aromas of vanilla and tobacco can be found, which provide the wine with complexity. In the palate it presents a rich, meaty structure, with pronounced tannins, flavors reminiscent of red and black berries, and a long, persistent finish.
