A complex blend of 80% Treixadura, 6% Torrontes, 4% Godello, 4% Albariño, 3% Loureira, and 3% Lado, brought up in stainless steel, it has a brilliant array of lime, citrus, crushed mint, and a liquid rock-like minerality. This gives way to a medium-bodied, concentrated, yet crisp, racy white that has loads of character, terrific balance, and a great finish. It’s great now, yet I suspect will keep for 4-5 years, if not longer.
