The Vinterra Pinot Gris 2011 was produced from fruit grown on Mackenzie’s Road vineyard in Waipara, North Canterbury. The fruit was machine harvested in excellent condition and gently pressed prior to settling. The fermentation was carried out in tanks with 5% in French oak. The wine was then blended, lightly fined and bottled

The Vinterra 2011 Pinot Gris has intense floral, pear and peach aromas and displays hints of ginger spice with a mouth refreshing length and a juicy finish. A great Pinot Gris for all those summer occasions!
